Neighbors for CFD Tax Reform is dedicated to mobilizing local residents in Imperial, California to take action against Unfair Community Facility Assessments. We aim to raise awareness and collect signatures for petitions advocating for the repeal or reduction of these assessments, promoting fairness in taxation.

We are currently organizing community events to collect signatures for our petitions. In the Mayfield Neighborhood, we are seeking support to completely eliminate future CFD assessments. Near Cross Elementary School, we are fighting to reduce taxes for homeowners and increase assessments on the developer.
